After passing the National Weather Serice, watch for the Sea Scout Base sign on the left on the dike. Be prepared to make a sharp left hand turn onto what appears to be a walkway --- PLEASE WATCH OUT for cyclists and pedestrians along the dike access trail system. Parking is extremely limited. The entrance and exit are one way --- caution is advised.
