Sail Boatd

Adventure on the River provides a unique opportunity for young people to develop confidence and teamwork skills while experiencing a spirit of adventure.  The skills attendees learn will serve them not only on the water but in all aspects of their lives!

Participants who have never been on the water before will come away confident after having mastered a new environment.  Those with on-the-water experience will enhance their safe boating and leadership skills.

In order to ensure the best experience for attendees, Adventure on the River is currently limited to young adults fourteen or fifteen years of age.

Our ideal attendee is:

  • Curious
  • Open to meeting new people
  • Interested in trying new things
  • Enjoys the out-of-doors
  • Eager to have fun

No boating or sailing experience is required! For more information, check out the website http://www.adventureontheriver.com/. The main contact is Allison Hefley at 971-207-1577 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
